Tax Audit Preparation and Submission Services – fulfilling the needs of our clients IRS obligations by providing an understanding of IRS communications, gathering, preparing, and submitting all required documentation to the IRS on your behalf.

Beyond Professional Services goal is to provide you quality service on all your individual tax return needs while providing you a family friendly but professional experience.

Let us get to know you: Here are BPS we strive on providing a family friendly atmosphere and want to get to know all of our clients. We will set up a 30 minute consultation (virtual meeting or phone call) to talk through your tax situation, provide you with the client information form, tax preparation checklist, and pricing details. We may also ask questions to see if there are other opportunities we could use to help maximize your return.
Preparation Timeline (deposit initiation): Once we have received all of the required information, documentation, and deposit, we will start preparing your tax return (all tax returns require a 1-2 day turnaround, depending on the volume of clients). You will receive an email or text with a date/time for your follow-up conversation.
Follow-up Conversation: Once we have completed your tax return, we will discuss the results (virtual meeting or phone call) and answer any questions you may have. If you are satisfied with the outcome we will submit your return to the IRS for processing. Balance will need to be paid before submission is completed.
IRS Documentation: We will provide you a copy of your tax return via email. Please sign all documents that requires client signature and return through the customer portal.

Beyond Professional Services goal is to provide you relief in knowing that your financial needs are being taken care of so you can continue to concentrate on what’s most important, YOUR BUSINESS!! BPS specializes in the trucking industry but can also provide services to all independent contractors (1099 – only)

BPS membership services for independent contractors provides a ongoing combination of services that you can access 24/7. You will have access to a members back office where you can review/print your monthly expense statements, completed tax returns, upload important documents, review/change your profile information, review current information regarding changes in tax laws and much more.
